The 16th Annual Symposium of the physics of cancer invites speakers from across the field to discuss recent advancements in tissue mechanical alterations and diagnostic applications, cell mechanics and mechanosensing, tumour microenvironment interactions, and improved bioengineered models for cancer progression study. Amongst the invited speakers is Prof. Dr. Dr. Cavalcanti-Adam who gave a keynote talk on the topic of "Cell adhesion mechanics across scales and interfaces". Dr. Levario-Diaz gave a talk on the topic of "Spatial engineering of collagen ligand nanopatterns to study integrin-dependent migration in cancer".
