The 17th annual meeting of the ÖGMBT (Austrian Society of for Molecular Biosciences and Biotechnology) is being held in Innsbruck. The overarching theme was "From Molecules to Organisms – Interactions and Interventions". Prof. Dr. Dr. Cavalcanti-Adam was invited as a key note speaker, Dr. Levario-Diaz gave a short talk in the sessions about "Mechanical aspects of cell adhesion and migration".

Dr. Levario-Diaz demonstrated her prowess in science and sponsor-related questions and managed to win the first prize at the Exhibitors quiz.
